This is probably because the circumcision. The penis is designed to prevent a protective coating on the head, foreskin, in order to drying. He took the lid, so that now get his power to dry. I just hope that most problems.
And your husband is right, does not seem right, because it cuts off much of the skin of his penis!
(Incidentally, I assume that you are because of what you say ... if you do not Circ'd and retraction, STOP.)
