Sound on my laptop shuts off when I play a DVD - why? - dvd on bacterial infection

Suddenly it began - every time you play a DVD on my laptop immediately cut the sound of all that I opened. To see the only way to set the tone for online videos like YouTube or whatever I have received to start my whole team.

The sound is clearly evident in the volume control, it must be something else.
