No is not fair, but the rich man is a good advocate for the poor guy get everything that is affordable.

Unfortunately, that's the problem with the system. The rich have the money to pay for good legal services, while the poor man must accept a public defender, not overpaying. You could say that there are a lot of rich people who should be behind bars, but because they have money, a credit card jail. Check out the pages I have written down more
