How do I get a Nutrition degree or certification paid for by the government, state or someone else? - nutrition consultant certification

At the moment I have no formal training. I am a certified coach and I would ask you to start with a nutrition degree / certification and my own consulting practice for health in the next spring (2010). I moved to California in the next year and I'm going to open a practice, because the laws liscensure Nutrition qualify for any person to nutrition and the use of the concept of practice "nutrition", without education. But I want to show some form of training - either a certificate or diploma and be able to my office while I'm at school. And of course I want to help pay the tuition fees. Ideas?
