Hello to all.

I'm really confused by all the ideas, suggestions and oats recipes consideration.

I read it is good to add nuts, fresh and dried fruit, oatmeal.
I've heard he is very healthy, oatmeal with orange juice or to eat on its nutritional value doubles.
I've also read that cereals and fruit should be eaten separately.
I've also read that carbs [] cereal and protein] [Nuts should be eaten separately.

And recently, I love oatmeal, I want to know the healthiest way possible to eat oatmeal.

I think most of what he read was from someone with an agenda. People mix cereals, nuts and fruit together all the time. Oats are an excellent source of fiber. I eat for breakfast at least three times a week. Add the cinnamon, the supposedly good for preventing diabetes, and sometimes I fall into a chocolate shavings. Most of the time I add a sweetener such as Splenda.
